TMONEY BY BANK MOBILE

T-Mobile's TMoney is a banking app designed exclusively for T-Mobile customers, offering a variety of attractive perks. These include a 4.00% Annual Percentage Yield (APY), no account fees, access to over 55,000 no-fee ATMs, early access to direct deposits (up to two days early), and $50 overdraft protection through the 'Got Your Back' feature.

At BankMobile, my role was to design the perks flow for TMoney. This involved defining the visual layout, user experience, and flow of information to ensure that customers could easily understand and navigate through the app’s features and benefits.

Design Innovation

WHITE LABELING

TMONEY served as the launchpad for BankMobile's white label banking efforts. T-Mobile was the first customer to adopt our white label banking product, setting the stage for future clients. The objective was to onboard additional customers and tailor our white label system to meet their specific needs.

DESIGN EXPLORATION

My role was to lead the design and development of the Perks Flow for TMONEY. This involved defining how the flow would look and function, anticipating various user scenarios, and exploring opportunities to create reusable, templated flows for future implementations. My focus was on ensuring a seamless user experience while clearly communicating the perks to customers. Below are the designs I created, showcasing the strategic approach and attention to detail in crafting a user-centric flow.
